Justin P. on Birdeye 2 years agoI am a 100% disabled Vet, that got a behind on my rent. I was paying weekly to catch up. I paid them 400$ on the 20th of April. On the 21 of April I received a letter from the sheriff giving me 24 hours to vacate. After calling Conrex and the magistrate, this was what I got. The magistrate told me that they wish they could help but if Conrex called and canceled the eviction then I would be ok. I talked to Conrex and let them know I had all the money to catch up. But they wouldn’t take it because of policy. So they are kickin. read more
Brandie E. on Birdeye 3 years agoSadly while they may have some nice properties to rent. They are not very good to rent from in there are too many issues with atleast the property that I am renting. In the first 3 months of residing at my address i had to put in 6 work orders. They don't want to fix things in a timely manner let alone a manner in which something should not have to be fixed again.
